Land reform title (ส.ป.ก. 4-01) issued by the Agricultural Land Reform Office to landless farmers. SPK land may only be used for agriculture and cannot be sold or transferred except by inheritance to agricultural heirs. Foreigners cannot hold SPK land either directly or through any structure, and any disguised transfer is void and may be reclaimed by the State.
