We are asked to do a Privacy and Refund Policy in order to use other software and connect ThaiLawOnline. We operated currently operated under ThaiLawOnline Co. Ltd. We have a privacy and refund police to protect our clients. It is totally normal for a law firm to keep confidentiality. Our attorneys are members in good standing of a Thai Bar Association and must respect their ethical rules. Foreigners can’t be attorneys in Thailand. As for refund, any business should try to please their clients. We prefer reimbursing a client if we made a fault, were being negligent or we have to follow rules from Google and some other companies which we do.
