เมื่อได้พิมพ์โฆษณาดังนั้นแล้ว ท่านให้ถือว่าบรรดาเอกสารและข้อความซึ่งลงทะเบียนอันได้กล่าวถึงในย่อรายการนั้น เป็นอันรู้แก่บุคคลทั้งปวงไม่เลือกว่าเป็นผู้เกี่ยวข้องด้วยห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือด้วยบริษัทนั้น หรือที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง
