ถ้าห้างหุ้นส่วนได้ตั้งขึ้นไม่มีกำหนดการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดเป็นยุติ ท่านว่าจะเลิกได้ต่อเมื่อผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนคนใดคนหนึ่งบอกเลิกเมื่อสิ้นรอบปีในทางบัญชีเงินของห้างหุ้นส่วนนั้น และผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนนั้นต้องบอกกล่าวความจำนงจะเลิกล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าหกเดือน

English translation
If a partnership is entered upon for any indefinite period, it can only be terminated by a partner at the end of a financial year of the partnership; and such partner must give at least six month's notice of his intention to terminate.
