ภาระจำยอมซึ่งเจ้าของรวมแห่งสามยทรัพย์คนหนึ่งได้มา หรือใช้อยู่นั้น ท่านให้ถือว่าเจ้าของรวมได้มาหรือใช้อยู่ด้วยกันทุกคน
