ท่านให้นำมาตรา ๑๓๘๘ ถึง ๑๓๙๕ และมาตรา ๑๓๙๗ ถึง ๑๔๐๐ มาใช้บังคับถึงภาระติดพันในอสังหาริมทรัพย์โดยอนุโลม
