ชายผู้เป็นหรือเคยเป็นคู่สมรสจะฟ้องคดีไม่รับเด็กเป็นบุตรตามมาตรา ๑๕๓๙ ไม่ได้ ถ้าปรากฏว่าตนเป็นผู้แจ้งการเกิดของเด็กในทะเบียนคนเกิดเองว่าเป็นบุตรของตน หรือจัดหรือยอมให้มีการแจ้งดังกล่าว

English translation
A man who is or was a spouse may not bring an action under Section 1539 to repudiate the child, if it appears that he himself notified the birth of the child in the birth register as his own child, or arranged for or consented to such notification.
