ผู้เยาว์ซึ่งบรรลุนิติภาวะแล้ว ผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครองหรือผู้ปกครองจะให้การรับรองการจัดการทรัพย์สินของผู้เยาว์ได้ต่อเมื่อได้รับมอบทรัพย์สินบัญชีและเอกสารตามมาตรา ๑๕๗๘ แล้ว

Where the minor has become sui juris, the person exercising parental power, or the guardian, may give an acknowledgement of the management of the minor's property only after the property, the accounts and the documents referred to in Section 1578 have been delivered.
