ผู้เยาว์ซึ่งบรรลุนิติภาวะแล้ว ผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครองหรือผู้ปกครองจะให้การรับรองการจัดการทรัพย์สินของผู้เยาว์ได้ต่อเมื่อได้รับมอบทรัพย์สินบัญชีและเอกสารตามมาตรา ๑๕๗๘ แล้ว

Where the minor has become sui juris, he may give an acknowledgement of the management of his property by the person exercising parental power or by the guardian only after the property, the accounts and the documents referred to in Section 1578 have been delivered to him.
