เมื่อศาลเห็นสมควรโดยลำพัง หรือเมื่อผู้มีส่วนได้เสียหรืออัยการร้องขอ ศาลอาจสั่งให้ผู้ปกครอง(๑) หาประกันอันสมควรในการจัดการทรัพย์สินของผู้อยู่ในปกครอง ตลอดจนการมอบคืนทรัพย์สินนั้น(๒) แถลงถึงความเป็นอยู่แห่งทรัพย์สินของผู้อยู่ในปกครอง

The Court may, of its own motion or on application of any interested person or of the Public Prosecutor, order a guardian feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / 1. To furnish proper security for the management as well as for the return of the ward’s property 2. To give information as to the condition of the ward’s property.
