ในระหว่างปกครอง ถ้าผู้อยู่ในปกครองได้ทรัพย์สินอันมีค่ามาโดยทางมรดกหรือการให้โดยเสน่หา ให้นำมาตรา ๑๕๙๒ ถึงมาตรา ๑๕๙๗ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
