ถ้าจะเพิกถอนพินัยกรรมฉบับก่อนเสียทั้งหมด หรือแต่บางส่วนด้วยพินัยกรรมฉบับหลัง การเพิกถอนจะสมบูรณ์ต่อเมื่อพินัยกรรมฉบับหลังนั้นได้ทำตามแบบใดแบบหนึ่งที่กฎหมายบัญญัติไว้

English translation
If a former will is to be revoked wholly or partly by a latter will, the revocation is valid only when the latter will is made in any of the forms prescribed by law.
