ถ้าจะเพิกถอนพินัยกรรมฉบับก่อนเสียทั้งหมด หรือแต่บางส่วนด้วยพินัยกรรมฉบับหลัง การเพิกถอนจะสมบูรณ์ต่อเมื่อพินัยกรรมฉบับหลังนั้นได้ทำตามแบบใดแบบหนึ่งที่กฎหมายบัญญัติไว้
