ข้อกำหนดห้ามโอนอันเกี่ยวกับสังหาริมทรัพย์ซึ่งไม่อาจจดทะเบียนกรรมสิทธิ์ได้นั้น ให้ถือว่าเป็นอันไม่มีเลยข้อกำหนดห้ามโอนอันเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรือทรัพยสิทธิอันเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น ไม่บริบูรณ์ เว้นแต่จะได้ทำเป็นหนังสือและจดทะเบียนการห้ามโอนต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่บทบัญญัติในวรรคก่อนนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับแก่เรือมีระวางตั้งแต่ห้าตันขึ้นไป ทั้งแพและสัตว์พาหนะด้วย[285]

English translation
A provision prohibiting alienation which relates to movable property incapable of registration of ownership is deemed not to have been made.
A provision prohibiting alienation which relates to immovable property, or to a real right appertaining to immovable property, is not complete unless it is made in writing and the prohibition is registered with the competent official.
The preceding paragraph also applies to vessels of five tons or over, to floating houses, and to beasts of burden.
