ในกรณีที่มีการจดทะเบียนหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิไว้ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ แต่ยังมิได้จดทะเบียนบริษัท ให้สามารถดำเนินการจดทะเบียนบริษัทได้ภายในหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ และมิให้นำ
