สิทธิเรียกร้องดังต่อไปนี้ให้มีกำหนดอายุความห้าปี (๑) ดอกเบี้ยค้างชำระ (๒) เงินที่ต้องชำระเพื่อผ่อนทุนคืนเป็นงวด ๆ (๓) ค่าเช่าทรัพย์สินค้างชำระ เว้นแต่ค่าเช่าสังหาริมทรัพย์ตามมาตรา ๑๙๓/๓๔ (๖) (๔) เงินค้างจ่าย คือ เงินเดือน เงินปี เงินบำนาญ ค่าอุปการะเลี้ยงดูและเงินอื่น ๆ ในลักษณะทำนองเดียวกับที่มีการกำหนดจ่ายเป็นระยะเวลา (๕) สิทธิเรียกร้องตามมาตรา ๑๙๓/๓๔ (๑) (๒) และ (๕) ที่ไม่อยู่ในบังคับอายุความสองปี

English translation
The period of prescription is five years for the following claims: (1) Arrears of interest (2) Sums payable for the purpose of paying off the principal by installments. (3) Arrears of rent or hire of property except the rent of movables under Section 193/34 (6). (4) Arrears of salaries, annuities, pensions, allowances for maintenance and all other periodical payments. (5) Claims under Section 193/34 (1) (2) and (5), so far as they are not subject to the period of two years.
