ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๑๙๓/๒๗ สิทธิเรียกร้องที่เกิดขึ้นจากการที่ลูกหนี้รับสภาพความรับผิดโดยมีหลักฐานเป็นหนังสือหรือโดยการให้ประกันตามมาตรา ๑๙๓/๒๘ วรรคสอง ให้มีกำหนดอายุความสองปีนับแต่วันที่ได้รับสภาพความรับผิดหรือให้ประกัน

English translation
Subject to Section 193/27, a claim arising from the debtor's acknowledgement of liability evidenced in writing, or from the giving of security under Section 193/28 paragraph two, is subject to a prescription period of two years from the date of the acknowledgement or of the giving of the security.
