ถ้าหนี้มีอยู่เป็นคุณแก่บุคคลผู้ใดในมูลอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดดังจะกล่าวต่อไปนี้ บุคคลผู้นั้นย่อมมีบุริมสิทธิเหนือสังหาริมทรัพย์เฉพาะอย่างของลูกหนี้ คือ(๑) เช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์(๒) พักอาศัยในโรงแรม(๓) รับขนคนโดยสาร หรือของ(๔) รักษาสังหาริมทรัพย์(๕) ซื้อขายสังหาริมทรัพย์(๖) ค่าเมล็ดพันธุ์ ไม้พันธุ์ หรือปุ๋ย(๗) ค่าแรงงานกสิกรรม หรืออุตสาหกรรม

English translation
A person in whose favour an obligation exists based upon any of the following grounds has a preferential right in particular movables of the debtor: (1) Hiring of an immovable. (2) Lodging in an inn. (3) Carriage of passengers of goods. (4) Preservation of movables. (5) Sale of movables. (6) Supply of seeds, young plants or manure. (7) Agricultural or industrial services.
