ในการเรียกร้องของผู้ให้เช่า ถ้าผู้ให้เช่าได้รับเงินประกันไว้ ผู้ให้เช่าย่อมมีบุริมสิทธิแต่เพียงในส่วนที่ไม่มีเงินประกัน
