ผู้ให้เช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือเจ้าสำนักโรงแรม โฮเต็ล หรือสถานที่เช่นนั้น จะใช้บุริมสิทธิของตนบังคับทำนองเดียวกับผู้รับจำนำก็ได้ บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ว่าด้วยการบังคับจำนำนั้น ท่านให้นำมาใช้บังคับด้วยโดยอนุโลม

English translation
The letter of an immovable property or the proprietor of an inn, hotel or other such place may enforce his preferential right in the same manner as a pledgee. The provisions of this Code concerning Enforcement of Pledge apply mutatis mutandis.
