เมื่อขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้โดยชอบแล้ว บรรดาความรับผิดชอบอันเกิดแต่การไม่ชำระหนี้ ก็เป็นอันปลดเปลื้องไป นับแต่เวลาที่ขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้นั้น
