ในกรณีที่ต้องใช้ราคาทรัพย์อันได้เอาของเขาไปก็ดี ในกรณีที่ต้องใช้ราคาทรัพย์อันลดน้อยลงเพราะบุบสลายก็ดี ฝ่ายผู้ต้องเสียหายจะเรียกดอกเบี้ยในจำนวนเงินที่จะต้องใช้ คิดตั้งแต่เวลาอันเป็นฐานที่ตั้งแห่งการประมาณราคานั้นก็ได้

English translation
If on account of the taking of a thing its value, or, on account of damage to a thing, its diminution in value is to be made good, the injured party may feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / demand interest on the amount to be made good from the time which serves as the basis for the estimate of the value.
