ในกรณีที่ผู้ไม่อยู่ได้ตั้งตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจทั่วไปไว้ และสัญญาตัวแทนระงับสิ้นไป หรือปรากฏว่าตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจทั่วไปได้จัดการทรัพย์สินนั้นในลักษณะที่อาจเสียหายแก่บุคคลดังกล่าว ให้นำมาตรา ๔๘ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม

If an agent with general authority has been appointed by the absent person but his authority comes to an end, or it appears that his management is likely to cause injury to the absent person, the provisions of Section 48 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
