ถ้าผู้ไม่อยู่ได้ตั้งตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจเฉพาะการอันใดไว้ ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินจะเข้าไปเกี่ยวข้องกับการอันเป็นอำนาจเฉพาะการนั้นไม่ได้ แต่ถ้าปรากฏว่าการที่ตัวแทนจัดทำอยู่นั้นอาจจะเสียหายแก่ผู้ไม่อยู่ ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินจะร้องขอให้ศาลถอดถอนตัวแทนนั้นเสียก็ได้

English translation
If the absent person has appointed an agent with special authority, the manager cannot interfere with such special agency, but he can apply to the court for an order removing the agent if it appears that his management is likely to cause injury to the absent person.
