ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินมีอำนาจหน้าที่อย่างเดียวกับตัวแทนผู้รับมอบอำนาจทั่วไปตามมาตรา ๘๐๑ และมาตรา ๘๐๒ ถ้าผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินเห็นเป็นการจำเป็นจะต้องทำการอันใดอันหนึ่งเกินขอบอำนาจ ต้องขออนุญาตต่อศาล และเมื่อศาลสั่งอนุญาตแล้วจึงจะกระทำการนั้นได้

English translation
The manager of the property has the same powers and duties as an agent with general authority under Section 801 and Section 802. If the manager of the property considers it necessary to do any act exceeding the scope of that authority, the manager must apply to the court for permission, and may do that act only after the court has granted permission.
