ผู้เช่าจำต้องยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าเข้าตรวจดูทรัพย์สินที่เช่าเป็นครั้งคราว ในเวลาและระยะอันสมควร
