ถ้าผู้ขนส่งคนใดส่งมอบของเสียแต่ก่อนได้รับค่าระวางพาหนะและอุปกรณ์ไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ขนส่งคนนั้นยังคงต้องรับผิดต่อผู้ขนส่งก่อน ๆ ตนเพื่อค่าระวางพาหนะและอุปกรณ์ซึ่งยังค้างชำระแก่เขา
