บรรดากิจการที่คณะกรรมการของสมาคมได้กระทำไป แม้จะปรากฏในภายหลังว่ามีข้อบกพร่องเกี่ยวกับการตั้งหรือคุณสมบัติของกรรมการของสมาคม กิจการนั้นย่อมมีผลสมบูรณ์
