ในกรณีที่จะมีมติในเรื่องใด ถ้าส่วนได้เสียของกรรมการหรือสมาชิกของสมาคมผู้ใดขัดกับประโยชน์ได้เสียของสมาคม กรรมการหรือสมาชิกของสมาคมผู้นั้นจะออกเสียงลงคะแนนในเรื่องนั้นไม่ได้
