ศาลอุทธรณ์จะอ่านคำพิพากษานั้นเองหรือจะส่งไปให้ศาลชั้นต้นอ่านก็ได้ ในกรณีเหล่านี้ให้ศาลที่อ่านคำพิพากษามีคำสั่งกำหนดนัดวันอ่านส่งให้แก่คู่ความอุทธรณ์ทุกฝ่าย

The Court of Appeal may read its judgment itself or send it to the court of first instance to read. In these cases, the court that reads the judgment shall make an order fixing the appointment date for reading and give notice of it to all appealing parties.
