In Dika 4513/2567, published this week, a condominium buyer had paid deposits to a developer whose assets were later forfeited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. The Supreme Court ruled the buyer qualifies as a “person with interest” under section 50 of the Act, as amended in B.E. 2565, and may petition for protection of those funds — even though the amendment took effect after the original petition.
