Shouting “kill him”: supporter, not co-principal, says Supreme Court

In Dika 1725/2569, a pickup rammed a motorcycle and a passenger handed the driver a gun; a third man shouted “kill him” from the truck bed. The driver and the man who passed the gun were convicted as co-principals in attempted murder (PC ss.288, 80, 83).
