Confirmed certificate of use (หนังสือรับรองการทำประโยชน์) issued by the Land Department. NS3 land has been surveyed but without precise GPS coordinates; ownership rights are recognised and the land can be sold, mortgaged and subjected to usufruct or superficies. NS3 deeds can be upgraded to full chanote through re-survey. A sub-variant is NS3 Kor, with aerial-photograph boundaries.
