การเลิกหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัทนั้น ผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องนำบอกให้จดทะเบียนภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่เลิกกัน และในการนี้ต้องระบุชื่อผู้ชำระบัญชีทุก ๆ คนให้จดลงทะเบียนไว้ด้วย
