ภายในบังคับแห่งกฎหมายเฉพาะและกฎข้อบังคับในเรื่องนั้น ผู้ใดจับสัตว์ป่าได้ในที่รกร้างว่างเปล่าหรือในที่น้ำสาธารณะก็ดี หรือจับได้ในที่ดิน หรือที่น้ำมีเจ้าของโดยเจ้าของมิได้แสดงความหวงห้ามก็ดี ท่านว่าผู้นั้นเป็นเจ้าของสัตว์

English translation
Subject to special laws and regulations relating thereto, a person who catches a wild animal on waste lands or in public waters, or, without opposition of feedback (/form/1-samuiforsale-contact-form.html?tmpl=component) / the owner, on private lands or in private waters, becomes its owner.
