สิทธิซึ่งผู้ครอบครองใช้ในทรัพย์สินที่ครอบครองนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเป็นสิทธิซึ่งผู้ครอบครองมีตามกฎหมาย
