คู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งอาจร้องขอต่อศาลให้ตนเป็นผู้จัดการสินสมรสโดยเฉพาะอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งหรือเข้าร่วมจัดการในการนั้นได้ ถ้าการที่จะทำเช่นนั้นจะเป็นประโยชน์ยิ่งกว่า
