มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมถ้าหากการเพิกถอนการสมรสตามวรรคหนึ่งทำให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งยากจนลง และไม่มีรายได้พอจากทรัพย์สินหรือจากการงานตามที่เคยทำอยู่ระหว่างสมรส คู่สมรสที่ถูกฟ้องนั้นจะต้องรับผิดในค่าเลี้ยงชีพดังที่บัญญัติไว้ใน

English translation
The compensation under Section 1523 and Section 1524 shall be decided by the Court according to the circumstances, and the Court may give an order for a single payment thereof or payment in installments as may be deemed suitable by the Court. In case where the person who has to make the Compensation is a spouse of the other party, the share of the property received by the former from the liquidation of the Sin Somros on account of divorce shall also be taken into consideration.
