ก่อนที่ศาลยอมรับบัญชีนั้น ห้ามมิให้ผู้ปกครองทำกิจการใด เว้นแต่เป็นการเร่งร้อนและจำเป็น แต่จะยกข้อห้ามดังกล่าวขึ้นเป็นข้อต่อสู้บุคคลภายนอกผู้กระทำการโดยสุจริตและเสียค่าตอบแทนไม่ได้

English translation
Before the inventory has been accepted by the Court, a guardian may do nothing but urgent and necessary acts, but this prohibition cannot be set up against third persons acting in good faith and for value.
