ในระหว่างที่เงื่อนไขยังมิได้สำเร็จนั้น สิทธิและหน้าที่ต่าง ๆ ของคู่กรณีมีอย่างไร จะจำหน่าย จะรับมรดก จะจัดการป้องกันรักษา หรือจะทำประกันไว้ประการใดตามกฎหมายก็ย่อมทำได้
