นิติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนเวลาเริ่มต้นกำหนดไว้ ห้ามมิให้ทวงถามให้ปฏิบัติการตามนิติกรรมนั้นก่อนถึงเวลาที่กำหนดนิติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนเวลาสิ้นสุดกำหนดไว้ นิติกรรมนั้นย่อมสิ้นผลเมื่อถึงเวลาที่กำหนด

English translation
If a time of commencement is annexed to a juristic act, its performance cannot demanded before such time arrives. If a time of ending is annexed to a juristic act, its effect ceases when such time arrives.
