นิติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนเวลาเริ่มต้นกำหนดไว้ ห้ามมิให้ทวงถามให้ปฏิบัติการตามนิติกรรมนั้นก่อนถึงเวลาที่กำหนดนิติกรรมใดมีเงื่อนเวลาสิ้นสุดกำหนดไว้ นิติกรรมนั้นย่อมสิ้นผลเมื่อถึงเวลาที่กำหนด
