อายุความสิทธิเรียกร้องระหว่างคู่สมรส ถ้าจะครบกำหนดก่อนหรือภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่การสมรสสิ้นสุดลง อายุความนั้นยังไม่ครบกำหนด จนกว่าจะครบหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่การสมรสสิ้นสุดลง

English translation
Where the prescription of a claim between spouses would be complete before, or within one year from, the day the marriage comes to an end, the prescription is not complete until one year has elapsed from the day the marriage came to an end.
