อายุความสิทธิเรียกร้องระหว่างคู่สมรส ถ้าจะครบกำหนดก่อนหรือภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่การสมรสสิ้นสุดลง อายุความนั้นยังไม่ครบกำหนด จนกว่าจะครบหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่การสมรสสิ้นสุดลง
