อายุความสิทธิเรียกร้องอันเป็นคุณหรือเป็นโทษแก่ผู้ตาย ถ้าจะครบกำหนดภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันตาย อายุความนั้นยังไม่ครบกำหนดจนกว่าจะครบหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันตาย
