อายุความสิทธิเรียกร้องอันเป็นคุณหรือเป็นโทษแก่ผู้ตาย ถ้าจะครบกำหนดภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันตาย อายุความนั้นยังไม่ครบกำหนดจนกว่าจะครบหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันตาย

English translation

If prescription of a claim existing in favour of or against a deceased would have expired within one year after the date of the death, the period of prescription is not completed until the expiration of one year after death.
