ถ้าได้กำหนดเวลาไว้เป็นแน่นอนเพื่อให้เจ้าหนี้กระทำการอันใด ท่านว่าที่จะขอปฏิบัติการชำระหนี้นั้น จะต้องทำก็แต่เมื่อเจ้าหนี้ทำการอันนั้นภายในเวลากำหนด
