ถ้าในสัญญาไม่มีกำหนดเงื่อนเวลาให้ใช้ราคาไซร้ ผู้ขายชอบที่จะยึดหน่วงทรัพย์สินที่ขายไว้ได้จนกว่าจะใช้ราคา
