ในข้อรับผิดเพื่อการที่ทรัพย์ขาดตกบกพร่องหรือล้ำจำนวนนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ฟ้องคดีเมื่อพ้นกำหนดปีหนึ่งนับแต่เวลาส่งมอบ
