ถ้าได้กำหนดกันไว้ว่าให้ส่งมอบทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายนั้นเวลาใด ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเวลาอันเดียวกันนั้นเองเป็นเวลากำหนดใช้ราคา
