ทรัพย์สินอันผู้ซื้อจะพึงตรวจดูก่อนที่จะส่งมอบแก่กันนั้น ถ้าผู้ซื้อไม่ตรวจรับภายในเวลาที่กำหนดไว้โดยสัญญา หรือโดยประเพณี หรือโดยคำบอกกล่าวของผู้ขาย ท่านว่าผู้ขายย่อมไม่มีความผูกพันต่อไป
